The 13th District and Ladies District 2 of the Knights of St. John International and Ladies Auxiliary made up of Commanderies and Auxiliaries in the Tamale Archdiocese and Damongo D i o c e s e on May 3, 2020, p r e s e n t e d GH¢6,000 to the Most Rev. Vincent Boi-Nai, SVD, Bishop of Yendi for the roofing of a retirement home for Bishop(s) in the Yendi Diocese. Making t h e presentation, Mr. Joseph Bapule, the 13 District Commander, who led a KSJI delegation to the Bishop’s residence said the donation was in response to an appeal made by the Bishop to the O r d e r t o s u pp o r t the completion of the project which had come to a standstill due to lack of funds.

Bishop Boi – Nai expressed gratitude to the members of the Order for the gesture and lauded them for always responding positively to his appeals. Other members of the delegation were the District Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Carolus Magnus Gambogi; a Past District Commander, Sir Joseph Charles Osei; the Adjutant, Mr. Elias Dery; the Ladies District 2 President, st Sister Faustina Dery, 1 Vice District 2 President, Sister Vivian Ayamba, and the District 2 Secretary, Sister Christiana Amalba.
