CATHOLIC PARISHES IN GERMANY DONATE COVID-19 PROTOCOL ITEMS TO THREE SEMINARIES IN THE TAMALE ECCLESIASTICAL PROVINCE.

The Chairman of TEPPCON and Provincial Chairman of TEPPCON-Muenster Diocese Partnership Committee, Mr Alfred Ndago, has on behalf of the President of TEPPCON, Most Rev. Philip Naameh and his brother Bishops made a presentation of COVID-19 protocol items to three Seminaries. Present to witness this important event were the Rector and staff of St Augustine’s Millennium Seminary, seminarians, the Executive Secretary of TEPPCON, and Reps from other TEPPCON offices.

On behalf of the President of TEPPCON and his brother bishops, the executives of TEPPCON, the former coordinator of TEPPCON and the priests, religious men and women and the lay people of the Tamale Province, the chairman thanked the bishops and lay people of Muenster and other parishes outside Muenster, for all the contributions and support they give to our Province at different times and at different levels. He particularly expressed sincere gratitude to the twin parishes that offered the three seminaries a total of €5,000 in financial support to enable the province assist our seminaries.

He also thanked Dr Emmanuel Dassah who made the appeal on behalf of the Partnership office and all gathered to witness the ceremony. He was equally grateful to Ghana News Agency and the Director and staff of the Archdiocesan Communication office, who were there to cover the event. The total cost of these items is thirty-two thousand and twenty Ghana Cedis (GHC32,020.00). The donation was made on May 12, 2021 on the Premises of the Provincial Partnership office.
